How will I be updated about my case?
Upon becoming a client of the firm, you will have access to the lawyer on your case who you can always refer to and ask questions. The firm will always place a call or send a text message or an email to keep client updated on their case.
Do I have to go through litigation or go to Court?
No, a dispute can be settled by other dispute resolution options. These includes Arbitration, Mediation, informal settlement discussions between parties. This can happen before and during litigation to resolve matters.
Our lawyers have honed their negotiation skills well to help clients with settlement discussions and will help with documentation of the settlements.
